Well it has been an awful week at work for me! We are down a person in the office and have been interviewing like crazy all week, back to back interviews everyday this week so needless to say it has been impossible to get much work done, so I will be going in this weekend because I need to get month end work done before the accountant is in next week. And, our little miss wanted to sign up for softball this year and that starts this next week so my life is going to get busy busy, they practice 2x a week and then games! So needless to say I wont get to spend much alone time with Alex this weekend.
Oh but, let me tell you Alex did tell me this morning that I have been an awful brat the last couple days and we would be doing maintenance tonight, seeing that the little miss will be home it will either have to be done late or I will get taken out to his workshop and put over the bench.. hmmm at least I know what is coming it will be 50 swats but he did tell me that it will be the paddle tonight not the brush since I've been a brat and they would all be extra hard, I'll let you know how we make out.
Well I have to go get ready for work!

It's up to you.....
Well the weekend went pretty good. Allie got her discipline Friday night as expected. I decided to give her 30 + 30 for not being such a brat during the week. She realizes what she did was wrong and I have noticed that she did start a list on the refridge. Slowly but surely she is getting the hang of what I expect.
Which leaves me in a dilemma. This weekend was an up and down weekend for myself. Friday night I was fine. Saturday morning however was the start of the downward spiral. I gave Allie her maintenance Saturday morning. I made sure to reinforce that I wouldn't tolerate her being a couch potato. We left around 10 am to get groceries and my stomach started to hurt and I was becoming more sick to my stomach. By the time we came back home I was not feeling very well. I told Allie that I was going in to lay down for awhile. She then took advantage and decided to become a couch potato the rest of the day. Now I do understand that she did not feel good herself and nothing was accomplished the rest of Saturday.
Sunday I was feeling better and told Allie that all of her housework plus her extras had to be done by 8 pm.. She asked even laundry and I told her that even laundry had to be completely done. I even helped her until 1 pm with some of the housework. I was feeling well enough to go out to the shop for the rest of the day to work. I was finishing up making a jig to use with the table saw when I was called in for supper. When I got in the house, I looked to see that it was 7 pm. I walked the dog and then we sat down to a late dinner. I went outback to our laundry room after dinner to find 6 loads of laundry that needed to be folded and put away. At the point I found them it was 7:45 pm.
Which leaves me to think if I should punish her for not having her housework done. I did tell her that everything had to be done by 8 and that she blew off Saturday to get anything started. On the other hand, I was sick and she didn't feel good herself Saturday.
So I am leaving it up to you, the readers, if I should punish her for this weekend. Please leave comments for or against it and on Saturday night I will read them all and decide from all that respond if she will get punished.

Tender bottom
Well as you can read below that Alex was planning on a punishment spanking this weekend due to my disobeying one of the rules. Well last night when I got home from work, (Alex had taken the day off & little miss was with grammie) I got introduced to our new spanking bench, we had seen the design on Colorado Spankers, Alex did very nice job making it and padding it!! He had placed it in the middle of the dining room and had the hairbrush, belt and paddle laid out on the table so I knew I was in trouble when I saw those three!
We had a nice dinner, he had it in the oven and almost done when I got home! sweet guy.. thank you honey... But after that I was taken to the dining room and told to bend over the bench, Alex pulled down my pants and panties and started to discuss with me why we were there, the whole time warming my bottom with the hairbrush, it had started to smart pretty good from that and he then told me that I would be receiving 30 with the belt and 30 with the paddle, The first smack of the belt was enough to bring the tears to my eyes! I hate the belt and that is why it is used for punishment. I know the tears also came easily because I felt bad for breaking the rules again and I felt I had disappointed Alex. Well I was given 10 with the belt and then 10 hard smacks with the paddle, then Alex pulled up a chair and scolded me for a couple minutes and then 10 more with the belt and 10 more hard ones with the paddle, more scolding and then the last 10 of each, which we all equally hard and boy was my bottom smarting by that time. Then I was asked to recite the rules, which as you know my memory is for crap! and I had read the blog so quickly that I had not retained them all, anyways Alex pulled up the blog and brought me over to the desk, I had to bend over the desk and read each rule, well after I read each one I received 2 swats with the hairbrush, needless to say my bottom was red!!!!hot!!! and stinging.. Also, he informed me last night that I would receive my weekly maintenance this morning BEFORE we went to get groceries, well when I went to bed last night I was already sore and still sore this morning, but without fail Alex was true to his word, he piled up pillows on the bed and I was given a warm up with his hand and then 50 with the hairbrush, I also had to recite the rules again this morning while he gave me some extra reminders!!! So as I write this my bottom is pretty tender and I know Alex was pretty pleased with the "red factor" it showed after this mornings attention!!!!
I AM AM AM going to try extra hard this week to follow the rules and keep my bratty side as far away as I can!!!!

It seems I need to clarify a few things. First, I am not mean (no matter what you think Emilie), I am very strict, as any HOH should be. In my opinion, a HOH should be strict so that there isn't any out of control play that could be misinterpreted. I will eventually be less strict, but for now, I have to be so that Allie learns what the boundries are. Now I do admit that if I'm in a grumpy mood, I should be left alone completely. I do like to play around as well but when I say stop, it means "STOP". I like to pick on Allie, and she in turn does too. Although she will take it to the next level by tickling (which I hate) and start being a brat.
I should list Allie's rules as she got her self in trouble the other night. She admitted to using all of the Parmesan cheese and forgot to write down on her grocery list to get more. Well we had spaghetti Monday night and I found out that there wasn't any Parmesan for it. I about hit the roof.
Now I now you all are saying "that's no big deal" or "live with it you meanie" but as I documented a few blogs down about the garbage stickers, I equate it to that. Both were items that she forgot to get and both were items that we needed at a certain time. The twist on the cheese is that she claims that it is a different rule to keep a list of needed things. However I contend (and have for the longest time) that she should be keeping a list of things we need to buy when we are out. So now her butt will get to pay the price for forgetting again.
So here it is, a list of what she has to live by:
1) Honor, Respect, and Obey me
2) When I ask for something to be done, do it then, before it is forgotten about
3) Keep a list of items we need to buy while we are out. Don't rely on "remembering it later"
4) Speak freely, even though it might get you in trouble
5) She is to complete at least one if not two extra assignments every weekend
6) Keep our house clean and neat. Piles of stuff not put away, dirty rooms, or incomplete housework won't be tolerated
7) A least ten minutes of snuggle time in the morning
8) Remember that I am in charge
I really hate to discipline her as I don't want to hurt her. But I do love her, so I must discipline her. Sounds weird, huh? It does to me. But if she wants to be the best wife she can be, then she needs discipline. I believe that through a LDD relationship, that our marriage grows stronger and we become closer. Allie now knows her role and has given herself to me. Over time she will be more submissive to me and will be able to stay clear of any discipline leaving us to discover each other again. Until that day, she will be dealt with in a very strict fashion. Alex

Simple Sunday
Well today for the most part has been pretty mellow. The little miss and I had to take the comforter to the laundry mat to get washed, it is way to big for my washer, then home to finish up house work and get her to clean her room!!! That is an all day task trust me. I have to get my butt moving soon to get dinner in the oven, Alex is out working in his wood shop on a new curio for our bedroom it will be so nice when he gets it done.
Just a quick note that I got my maint. yesterday late afternoon, Alex warmed me up the with hairbrush pretty good and then I got my 50 with the paddle, he actually made me count them out this time!!!! I did pretty well I didnt miss any numbers thank god but it was getting hard to squeak them out at the end, then as he talked to me after the 50 he kept swatting with the paddle and hairbrush telling me what he expects this week etc.. All and all it wasnt terrible but did get the point across! Oh and I didnt get to get my "corner" time in as the little miss was due back with her grammie. I didnt remember to remind Alex after she went to bed either, I was so tired it wasn't funny! So he said that I would get a small reminder tonight and I would be serving my 20mins then.
Well I gotta get going, dinner isn't going to fix itself!

TGIF
Oh my goodness I am glad it is Friday!!! It has been a long week, work has been stressful as a co-worker announced she was leaving and we had an audit etc.. I did forget to do Thankful Thursday so I think I will try to jot something down now. Let see I will start with letter "A"
